How much moprobo formula should be used each time?
Mix 25 ml of moprobo formula with 1 L of water. That is, when filling the clean water tank with water, add one capful of moprobo formula.
What is the weight of OneGo?
The net weight of the machine is 5.4 kilograms.
After filling the clean water tank is about 6 kilograms.
Is the machine noisy when it is running for cleaning?
When OneGo is running for cleaning, it is extremely low in noise, similar to the decibel level of raindrops or boiling water.
You can safely clean the floor even when children and pets are sound asleep.
There is no need to worry about the noise during the operation affecting your family's rest.
How high is the machine when it is lying flat to clean under the bed or sofa?
After lying flat at 180°, the height is about 14 cm.
There is no need to worry about the dead corners under the sofa and bed anymore.
Does this floor washer have a dust suction function?
It can clean dust on the hardfloor and in gaps.
This floor washer "swallows" and sweeps large and small garbage through the powerful force of the crawler, rather than relying on a blower for dust suction.
Our machine will not have the problems of large garbage jamming the air duct and pipeline that are common in vacuum cleaners.
It also enables you to no longer need to bend over to pick up large garbage when using the floor washer.

How often do all parts need to be replaced?
About Magic Wand：
It is recommended to replace the magic wand every 1-2 weeks, and a box of magic wand (10) can be used for about 3-5 months.
About Cleaning Formula：
One bottle of our cleaning formula lasts for about 20 uses. Simply use one capful (around 25ml) of the cleaner with 1 liter of water.
About TankType：
The TankType is strong, durable and easy to maintain. It only needs to be replaced once a year.
How long can the floor washer be used after filling the clean water tank once?
After filling the clean water tank once, it can be used for about 45 minutes.
The sewage tank needs to be cleaned about every 20 minutes before continuing cleaning.
Is it easy to clean and maintain?
After completing the floor cleaning, just place the floor washer back on the base station and ensure it is charging.
Then, self-cleaning and self-drying can be started.
The sewage tank has a dry-wet separation design. You can easily handle garbage by just pouring and rinsing once.
Moreover, the body is waterproof and supports spraying. There is no need to disassemble it for scrubbing and drying.
From cleaning to maintenance, it is very simple and worry-free.
How to charge the device?
After the base station is connected to the power supply, push the machine into the base station to start charging.
The entire charging process takes about 2 to 3 hours.
Do we need to pull out the unit from the charging dock after the recommended 2-3 hours charging?
No, the machine has a power off protection device, it will automatically power off after charging.
How can I enable the game mode?
Press the Power Mode Trigger three times in succession to enable the game mode.
