Fees
- A 1% restocking fee will be deducted from refunds.
- Original order shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment: Cancellations are permitted, and a full refund will be provided.
- After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
- Refusal of Delivery: Refusing delivery will result in a deduction of double the shipping fee from your refund.
Address Error Policy
- For security purposes, order addresses cannot be modified.
- Before Shipment: If you notify support@moprobo.com of an address error, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
- After Shipment: If the error is reported after dispatch or goods are returned due to failed delivery, a double shipping fee will be deducted.
- Loss due to incorrect address: Customers are responsible for losses caused by incorrect addresses.

Do I need to pay for getting a GOVX ID?
No, the sign-up for a GOVX ID is completely free.
