If not, we’ve made the return process simple and convenient. Please note that manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers other than moprobo.com may have their own relevant policies; reach out to us for details. Return and refund policies may vary in accordance with local laws and regulations.

To start a return, please go directly to our Return & Refund Portal — no matter whether you purchased insurance or not, you can always submit a request automatically.

Return Summary

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Products Covered: Both machines and accessories can be returned.
• Packaging & Accessories: Products must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.

Quality-Related Returns

• Within 30 days of delivery: You may request a full refund or a free replacement.
• After 30 days: We will provide a free repair service or replacement of defective parts, depending on the issue.

Fees

• A 1% restocking fee will be deducted from refunds. 
• Original order shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

• Before Shipment: Cancellations are permitted, and a full refund will be provided.
• After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
• Refusal of Delivery: Refusing delivery will result in a deduction of double the shipping fee from your refund.

Address Error Policy

• For security purposes, order addresses cannot be modified.
• Before Shipment: If you notify support@moprobo.com of an address error, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
• After Shipment: If the error is reported after dispatch or goods are returned due to failed delivery, a double shipping fee will be deducted.
• Loss due to incorrect address: Customers are responsible for losses caused by incorrect addresses.

Return Process & Refund Timeline

1. Start your request via our Return & Refund Portal.
2. You will receive step-by-step instructions and a shipping label (where applicable).
3. Return the product with its original packaging and accessories.
4. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your return at our warehouse. You will be notified by email once the refund is issued.
