Interesting product but not as life-changing as I expected

I think it would be a lot cooler if the product could work on mildly uneven surfaces. I think it the mop pad was just a little bit fluffier. This would not be a problem. or even bigger tires would be helpful because going from one plank of tile to the next tile it gets stuck. It’s seriously inconvenient and actually hurt my arm doing this which shouldn’t be the case with something as expensive.
