I normally don’t go on and write reviews. This is really more about the service I received. First I will say I love my Moprobo . I had ordered two by mistake I was blessed to get Quincey to help me with a return. I can’t tell you how respectful, kind, understanding Quincey was. Quincey went above and beyond to help me be able to return the one I bought by mistake. I believe this day and time people need to be recognized when they are doing their job and more. As we all know we don’t always get the respect and courtesy when trying to return something. Sometimes they can be really rude about the return. I just really want you to know that Quincey was a delight to work with couldn’t have asked for anyone any better! Thank you Quincey for all you have done to help me.

Just do it , it makes life so easy. Two things that to me are the most important, I can use it every day if I want and my floors look great, I have three dogs and love a clean house but this machine has made my life easier. The second thing I love is the self cleaning mode, from past experience floor washing machine don't always dry which eventually will produce a nasty mildew smell

This makes cleaning the floors more efficient and in a timely fashion! The fact that it self cleans is outstanding!! I love mine! It was so worth the money!

I love the moprobo, it is the best mop I have found. I love how it cleans and dries itself so you don't get the stinky mop smell and is ready to go when you need it. I love it so well I now have bought a second one for upstairs. I would recommend it to anyone.
